Escape from the hectic streets of downtown Port of Spain to this beautiful restaurant just minutes away in Maraval. This homely restaurant offers its diners a semi formal fine dining experience in the elegance of the Caribbean décor.

Joseph’s Restaurant Review By “Cré Olé’s-2012 Guide to dining in Trinidad, Tobago, Barbados”

Cré Olé asked proprietor Joseph Habr of Joseph’s restaurant, 3A Rookery Nook, Maraval, to choose the dish of the week. Joseph’s appetizer comprised a trio of traditional Lebanese starters, hummus (made from channa and tahini), tabbouleh salad (cracked wheat, tomato and parsley) and fried kibbeh (cracked wheat and beef), served with liberal portions of pita bread and olive oil.
