Joseph’s Restaurant Review By “Cré Olé’s-2012 Guide to dining in Trinidad, Tobago, Barbados”

Cré Olé asked proprietor Joseph Habr of Joseph’s restaurant, 3A Rookery Nook, Maraval, to choose the dish of the week. Joseph’s appetizer comprised a trio of traditional Lebanese starters, hummus (made from channa and tahini), tabbouleh salad (cracked wheat, tomato and parsley) and fried kibbeh (cracked wheat and beef), served with liberal portions of pita bread and olive oil.
